📦 Shipping Policy

  • We offer pan-India delivery for all products.
  • Orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • For custom orders or personalized hampers, dispatch time may vary between 7–14 days.
  • Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or incorrect address details provided.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are applicable only for curated (ready-to-ship) products in case of damage, defect, or wrong item received.
  • Customised or personalised orders are non-returnable, as product images/videos will be shared with the client for approval before dispatch.
  • For eligible returns or exchanges:
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp/email.
  • Provide clear photos or video proof of the issue.
  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Note: Slight variations in embroidery, color, or craftsmanship are part of handmade uniqueness and not considered defects.

💳 Payment Policy

  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • For bulk orders, a 50% advance payment is required.
  • For customised orders, 100% advance payment is mandatory at the time of confirmation.
  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes, unless specified.

🎁 Custom Orders & Pre-Orders

  • Customization is available on select clutches, potlis, hampers, and gifts.
  • Once the design is confirmed and payment is made, custom and pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • You will receive photos/videos of the product before dispatch for your approval.

  • All Magical Bliss products are handcrafted with care. Minor variations in design, size, or color may occur and reflect the artisanal process.
  • Fabric patterns and embroidery placements may differ slightly in every piece.
